Product Description

The grip is adjustable to different camera / camcorder sizes. In order for this hand grip to work with your camera, it must have a tripod circuit on the bottom and strap ear on the side to accept 3/8″ (10mm) wide strap. Can be used together with the neck strap.

For cameras with battery grips/packs:

Most of the battery grips has the strap ear. Just attach the hand strap between that ear and camera without the tripod adapter.

I purchased this strap for my Canon G10. I can’t complain about the quality of the product. I just don’t love the way it fits my hand and camera. For those looking for some dimensions, the strap is a hair under 0.5″ but comes with a triangle shaped clip for cameras that won’t accept a 0.5″ strap. The bottom housing and screw adds another 1.7cm to the height of any camera. My problem with the strap is that I couldn’t fit my hand in the strap and reach the shutter button with my index finger since the button is in line with the strap. It’s possible to leave your index finger out of the strap and reach the shutter button but it wasn’t as comfortable and my grip didn’t feel as secure that way. I’m going to try a wrist strap instead.
